The roses are doing well at the moment as are a number of other plants. So I thought I would share them today.
Albertine fully out. It has a delicious smell!
I don’t know the name… think they are called Welsh poppies/?
Another yellow poppty
I love the faintly pink bloom to this one
Philadelphus Coronareous Aurus
Mock ornage blossom. the leaves lose this citrus colour as they age

It was so heavy I had to hold it’s head up to take the photograph!
No idea of it’s name.
All of these poppies have come from nowhere… guess it’s the birds…
In the front garden. I love the way these start off such a deep golden colour then fade to pale lemon, tinged with pink.
Poppy in the front garden.
this is going to be a big blousy one when it finally bursts out.
This is what I found in the garden today. I don’t know the names of the single ones, but the doubles are Albertine and Champagne Moment.
I took a stroll aground my garden to see what was out. Quite a lot really!
The rose above is Albertine and I do wish you could smell it… absolutely gorgeous.
